Intending to be the best cake you've ever eaten!

A missao e simples:  produzir, assar e vender bolos caseiros por um preco justo e fazer disso um negocio lucrativo para ajudar nas despesas do lar. 

E so mais um detalhezinho: tambem quero que esses bolos sejam os melhores que voce ja provou antes! 

Opa, como e que eu vou fazer isso?

Eu posso dizer  que uso os melhores ingredientes, as melhores tecnicas, ou um segredo da minha bisavo. Ou posso dizer que estudei na melhor escola de culinaria, que participei de um reality show de confeiteiros, ganhei premios e dei entrevista na TV.

Mas mesmo se tudo isso fosse verdade, provavelmente meus bolos, por si so, ainda nao seriam os melhores. E sabe porque digo isso? Porque acredito que "as melhores coisas" (do mundo, da vida, do momento) raramente conquistam este titulo unicamente pelas qualidades que tem. 

E claro que a qualidade e fundamental, mas "as melhores coisas"  so existem porque outros elementos colaboraram para isso. 

As "melhores coisas" so sao as melhores porque estao acompanhadas de um momento, de uma pessoa, de um sentimento, de uma experiencia, de uma memoria... E isso ninguem tem pra vender!

Entao, me comprometo a dar o melhor de mim para que voce pague pelos bolos caseiros mais fofinhos, que tenham o melhor aroma e sejam os  mais saborosos que voce ja provou. Mas para que ele seja "o melhor", a outra parte e com voce! E com quem, onde, quando e como voce vai compartilhar cada fatia!

The mission is simple: to produce, bake and sell homemade cakes for a fair price and make it a profitable business to help with household expenses.
And so one more little detail: I also want that these cakes be the best you've ever tasted before!
Oops, how will I do it?
I can say that use the best ingredients, the best techniques, or a secret of my great-grandmother. Or I can say that I studied in the best culinary school, I went to a bakers reality show, I won awards and had TV interview.
But even if all this were true, probably my cakes, by itself, will still not being be the best. And you know why I say this? Because I believe that "the best things" (of the world, of life, of the moment) rarely wins this title solely by the qualities it has.
Of course, the quality is critical, but "the best things" only exist because other elements contributed to it.
The "best things" just are the best because was accompanied by a moment, of a person, a feeling, an experience, a memory ... and that no one has to sell!
So, I will give my best, for you to pay for the most cuddly homemade cakes, which have the best smell and are the tastiest you've ever tasted. But for it to really be "the best", the other part is with you, and with whom, where, when and how you will share each slice!
Do your best! :-)
